Hi everyone! Today I have uploaded a new video to share with you guys. This will be my first dessert recipe. It is the coconut creme banana. It is a quick and popular Southern Vietnamese dessert that are made with dwarf bananas.
Dwarf bananas are found in Southeast Asia, mostly from Thailand and Vietnam. They are not as mushy as the regular banana, so when you stir it on a hot pan, the cells won't break apart.
If your bananas are not sweet enough, feel free to add more sugar when you mix the coconut cream and green onions.
